Fixed Issue with "Is Active" and "Is Inactive" Operators on Submission and Placement Custom Fields

We've resolved an issue where the "Is Active" and "Is Inactive" operators were not returning correct results when used with Placement and Submission custom fields configured as Internal Pickers.

These operators now work as expected, ensuring accurate results when used in searches and lists.
